In setting the DUG 2009 conference fees, the DUG Conference Planning Committee took into account the increase in guest room rates at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center and only increased the DUG Registration fees by $14 from 2008 to 2009.

Guest Room Rates

The 2009 conference rate for a standard room is $252.00 (single/double) per night plus 16% tax.  Included in this guest room rate is a $10 per night resort fee(non-negotiable).  This fee will cover complimentary local and 1-800 telephone calls for the first 20 minutes, in-room high-speed internet access, daily newspaper, designated complimentary in-room beverages, as well as access to the Fitness Center.

Future Meeting Dates

Confirmed dates for future conferences to be held at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor MD:

DUG 2010 – March 28 – 31
DUG 2011 – March 6 – 9
DUG 2012 – April 1 – 4
DUG 2013 – March 24 – 27

From 2009 to 2013, there are instances where the conference's timing conflicts with certain religious holidays, spring break schedules, or other industry conferences that members attend each year.  Please be assured that the choice of these dates was based solely on logistical options and availability by the conference venue, and that there was no intent of disrespect towards any group, or to conflict with any event scheduled at the same time.  The DUG Conference Planning Committee truly hopes that you will understand this and will continue to support the conference as your schedule allows.
